Just want to add my review here. We have been using Pool Design for over 25 years. We have a large in ground pool that was here when we purchased our home. From the get-go they have always been very helpful as we learned how to operate and care for our pool. We had a pool liner replaced by an independent guy and that was a disaster and disappointment (shoddy install with divots and wrinkles, leaks etc). I cannot say enough bad things about this place. Everyone I've ever dealt with their has been extremely rude. On top of that they made me wait 3 weeks for a pool opening appointment then never showed or even called. Then when I called they tell me they have no appointment for me. Then when I call again they say oh we have an appointment for you yesterday but we didn't have your address or your name ornyourcphone numner. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO OPEN YOUR POOL. We hired them to "open" our inground pool. Men arrived smoking cigarettes, took the cover off, dumped some shock into the pool and left. It is now a full week later and our pool water is green. We can't get the balance right and when we've followed up at the shop, they have repeatedly encouraged us to buy hundreds of dollars of products that are doing nothing.
We hired Pool Designs to fix our in ground pool in April. They cashed my check for half of their services in April. It didn’t get fixed until August. The manager, Brandon was a nightmare to work with as he never got back to us, and when he did, he lied. Very poor communication and we just wanted our pool fixed for summer. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! It was a horrible experience!
