Just want to add my review here. We have been using Pool Design for over 25 years. We have a large in ground pool that was here when we purchased our home. From the get-go they have always been very helpful as we learned how to operate and care for our pool. We had a pool liner replaced by an independent guy and that was a disaster and disappointment (shoddy install with divots and wrinkles, leaks etc). Chad came out to look at our pool for a new liner, states he can do it and called back that a contract will be written up, we called 4 times and no return call to sign a contract, that is beyond unprofessional
New in the ground pool design and installation. Great to work with from the design of the Pool installation, installation of the new sorounding concrete patio/deck to the fence to surround the pool both for secuity and safety! If you are looking for a Pool company, this is the one to use! Professional and easy to work with..

Obviously all the information was given to the guy when I made the appointment he was even familiar with t... read more

I say attempts as the wrinkles are still on the pool walls. The light was installed and never checked to see if it was working. It is not. Having my personal electrician inspect said light to determine if the fault is with their instal... read more
