We had Pool Doctor install our Hayward UV and Ozone sterilizer for our pool. I met Chris and he looked at what we needed. He has 30 plus years of experience and gave me great confidence. He suggested this unit because he has one and it works well. Chris and Shane were amazing and had a plan to install the unit. First they had to remove an old heater to make room for the UV unit. We have been using The Pool Doctor for 10 years now and have been thoroughly happy with their honest , dependable, skilled and friendly service. Chris is amazing as is each of our cleaners. When emergencies happen they are very quick to respond and resolve any problems that arise. Can't imagine using any other pool service.
Pool Doctor LLC has been taking care of our cleaning and chemistry since our pool construction was finished in Feb 2025. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable. If you are interested, they will take the time to describe the process real time during the weekly visits. My tech has always remembered my name, is on time, and has a wonderful attitude. The customer service center answers all calls and emails promptly. This is an all around great company.
Where do I start? I'm not going to tell you about my recent experience, so I'll tell you about the last 18 years. These guys have taken care of me, my family and my pool for this long, I've couldn't have been luckier. Who else out there can say this? Through losing my job, covid and certain family incidents, they've always been there for me, "No questions asked."
