I sent a message for a pool light issue, even though they don’t work on fixing pool light, they called me and willing to help. Gave me some information about what could be wrong with the light. I really appreciate the time and information.
the man I spoke with on the phone is a very rocky and rude individual. he refused to answer my simple questions and kept trying to just upset me and have me replace everything. after I refused and hung up because of his tone he called me and texted me on a different number to insult me and harass me. I highly recommend you DON'T use him for your services and go pay someone who will treat you with respect and dignity.
