From the beginning of the project Mike and his team's customer service is impeccable. They installed my guanite Pool about four years ago and it is absolutely the delight of my children's life, any issue I have I can reach out to Suzanne and it is immediately taken care of within less than 24 hours. John and his team made our first pool buying experience seamless and more affordable than we thought. We were very specific on our vision and Vanbrill pools brought it to life! They were very responsive to all the questions and changes that were made and never once made us feel like we were a bother. Highly recommended!
We recently had a filter replaced by Van Brill, as ours was on its last leg. Upon completion, they left no manual/operator’s manual, but did manage to leave trash from their lunch break, all of the old pieces, along with sand & rocks everything. I’ve called to talk to someone about it, but no calls back. I requested the manual be sent/made available, and no response whatsoever. Absolute Art! From start to finish, Mike and his crew were incredible. They were extremely detailed and turned his design into a real-life dream for our children. From the pool to the pool house, the hardscape, the landscape, and even the basketball court—everything came together beautifully. Design: At first design meeting we were given a price sheet with the exact costs of everything. A CAD system was used during the design meeting to give us an exact visual of the pool. It was overwhelming having that many items to consider and we were told not to stress everything could be (changed up to the point of putting the markers in the ground before the excavation.
