Gary Peterson installed our in-ground pool 34 years ago. Since then we have had new liners and various equipment serviced and replaced as needed. Gary did a great job with the install. Last year, we had a new liner put in by Phil Arco. He did a great job with attention to detail and fantastic followup. Cody has been the service technician that has serviced and replaced our equipment over the many years. He is conscientious and knowledgeable. Very disappointed with service after the installation. When they sloped the surrounding dirt around the pool deck, it all slopes TOWARDS the deck instead of away, so every time it rains we end up with mud all over the deck and in the pool, which makes me have to clean the filter EVERY TIME IT RAINS. they said they'd come out and fix it. But its been 2 years now and not done. Then this year I spent $450 To "open" the pool, and all they did was switch out the plugs and jets.
