Such a pleasant surprise! Customer service is above and beyond. We have a cheap big box store pool and we're trying to install a heater. We had lots of questions and most pool stores don't want to bother with you. They spent A LOT OF TIME going through pool guides for stats on our pool and even called the manufacturer for answers. All of this for products they did not sell us. Unheard of. This place knows their business and is a gem!
Having all sorts of issues with balancing the chemicals in my pool this year. I went to pool side pros and they were extremely knowledgeable about what I needed to add to bring the balance back. They took their time to explain things and their prices for chemicals was fair. I’ll definitely be back.
This place is the best! They are so helpful with keeping my pool water nice and clear all year. They test your pool water and tell you exactly what chemicals you need to add. Will definitely continue to go here

I had a horrible experience at Poolside Pros. I had received a quote from Cody last September for pool repair that would take place when the pool opened. After five calls this summer, I was told by Alicia that Cody would schedule a time for repairs. He never called. I was told Cody said he wouldn’t repair my pool because his company hadn’t installed it. Cody knew this last September.
