We are new Pool owners and were having issues with our naked system. Was served by Tenaya and she sorted it all out for us her knowledge is incredible. Thank you we and will be returning customers for all our pool needs. 😊
Very good experience with this store. Rang up looking for a quote on some parts for my pool pump. Ended up speaking to Tenaya who was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I've had a pool installed at my property in Baldivis during the last 8 months, the young staff employed by poolwerx who have helped me with advise with my pool results and advised me on how to get results beyond satisfaction is not found these days, the owners of this franchise should give the staff a pat on the back
I don't often leave a review, but feel obligated due to the awesome service. Poolwerx team, including Mel, first tried to help trouble shoot over the phone, before booking in a tech. The tech explainer everything and identified another issue. They even helped to repair my pump under warranty from the original manufacturer even though not purchased through them. They should be proud of the service they offer and we will only use them, even though not the closest pool shop to us - worth the drive. Thank you!
