Imagine this is the result of a service when the spa water was perfect on arrival. I engaged this company to maintain my spa so I wouldn’t have to manage it myself. Big shout to Adrian and the new technician Levi who did an outstanding job putting me & the job instantly at ease with a 'too easy' nothing is too complicated customer care experience. What 2 local plumbers blew out with exaggerated prices just to cut & reconnect less then 20cms sideways, re-location of PVC pipes in very good condition, Levi just got on with the job & the service prices are highly reasonable for families in this cost pressure environment, to stay loyal and return back to Poolwerx. We bought a small, blow up spa and went to Poolwerx Beenleigh for advice on how to keep water clean etc long story short, they ended up telling us we needed all these chemicals, and been first time spa owners, thought they knew what they were talking about, walked out with nearly $300 worth of chemicals which we didn't need and the filter got stuffed because of this.
