I recently started using Pool Werx for my pool maintenance and I couldn’t be happier. Even though they’re a newer company, the owner, Nick, clearly knows his stuff—very knowledgeable and professional. He responds quickly to any questions or issues and always shows up when he says he will. Most importantly, he’s honest and trustworthy, which goes a long way these days. Highly recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for reliable pool service!
I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their pool maintained. Nick was very punctual and did not just breeze through like most pool companies do. He took the time to explain various pool functions and to get my algae problem under control over three separate trips. It is hard to find honest people nowadays, I will definitely use them in the future.
Nick is absolutely recommended! His professional expertise was critical to getting our hot tub salt water system fully functioning. He quickly identified the way ahead and followed up to ensure it was fully functioning. He has a unique ability to break it down and explain was fantastic. Which was vital to ensure it stays fully operational after his assistance and to provide confidence for maintenance and upkeep. I’m glad to know that I can trust him for any future situation. He has my highest recommendation and trust!
When my pool pump went out, I was in a jam. I needed to get it up and running as quickly as possible. Nick came out the next day and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the pump (ended up getting a more powerful one at the same price) and installed it quickly. Great service, fast responses, and the pool is functioning great. Thank you so much Nick!
