Pool pump installed on property by Poolwerx Bribie Island. Entered into payment plan, with the wife of Poolwerx Bribie Island accepting the payment plan. Have copies of all records of conversation, transactions, etc in our possession. Unhappy with the payment plan the operator of Poolwerx Bribie Island took it upon himself to enter the property, without the knowledge or consent of the owner, where th then physically removed the fixed work by cutting all pipe work with a saw. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Poolwerx Bribie Island Amazing service from start to finish. They came straight out to have a look at the pool, took the worry and stress away, and fixed the issue quickly. I have been using Poolwerx Bribie Island for many years. Always outstanding service. Rachel is just amazing and really knows how to look after our pool. Such a lovely personality and my staffy loves her visits. We had all our palm trees removed around our pool yesterday and as a result it was a big mess. I did the call out to Poolwerx and I had both Rachel and Graham come out first thing this morning, and they worked their magic and got it back to looking amazing. I was so grateful They really go above and beyond
Have been using another pool shop on the Island and wasn’t happy with their service so contacted Bribie Island Poolwerx. From quote to work completion was very happy with the level of service and information, will be using these guys into the future. Thanks Anthony and Rachael
