Great friendly team always willing to help and educate. Great prices. I would not go anywhere else.
I have been looking after pools for 25 plus years and these guys are the friendliest and most helpful I have come across and they always give great advice.
Poolwerx mobile servicing is a great service provided by competent staff. The notification process is on point where you get a text the day before as a reminder of visit. They look after the area in a respectful manner taking any rubbish with them. They are not out to rip customers off with inflated product prices.
Disappointed in the phone manner of the owners wife. After getting the owner with his offsider out to have a look at my pool at Parrareara then ringing back to confirm something with him, she was quite rude and unaccomodating. Hence we've now taken our business elsewhere.
Mixed review. Sometimes the service is great, nice people, etc, couldn't be happier. Then, next time you are in, other employees look at you condescendingly, try to make you feel dumb, and clearly don't want to help. There's a few ladies in there that do this in particular. Consistency in training for public facing people may help. For example, one helpful guy, said to bring in my old filter just to be sure I was getting the right new one.
