A big shout out to Shane from Poolwerx Eaton. Shane did our silver service today and as usual it was excellent but he noticed that the pool needed vacuuming and set up our robot to clean the floor of the pool without being asked. Great service and attention to detail.
I rang today and spoke to Kylie. She is so knowledgeable and was really helpful. I needed to find out about spa pump repairs. Thanks Kylie I will be bringing my pump into you if I cant get it working . If the rest of the team is as helpful as you im sure if I need a repair I will have no worries.
Superb service from the Poolwerx team at Eaton this week. I had a malfunctioning pump assessed, quoted and replaced in 24 hours. Highly recommended these guys
We had Nick install a new pump for our pool and his professionalism was second to none. Really impressed with the quality of workmanship. We were informed each step of the way what was happening. 100% recommend!!
The guys at Poolwerx have come to my rescue again , a burnt out pump and magically replaced within a week. Fantastic service every time .
