Shane is a great communicator and very helpful with advice. He explained all the operating requirements, and I'm very satisfied with the installation of my new chlorinator pool light.
We used Poolwerx Butler for 2 years. It started out great, no issues, lovely guy always came around the same time and communicated well. Then our bill started to creep up and was always different each time on the higher end. We have a 1.9 x 3.8 spa. The biggest bill was approximately $190. I complained at this point because I felt it unfair to charge customers alot higher than base rate unless they have been pre informed and agreed to additional costs. Great service on the phone so I knew what to expect on the day Your plumber James I must say was outstanding really took the time to thoroughly explain everything sometimes twice or more over despite my questions sounding silly James went above and beyond a did a amazing job so much so well be requesting him personally every visit Definitely recommend these guys and ask for James
Had an issue with the water flow, Poolwerx came over within two hours and quickly fixed the issue. Excellent service, very prompt and as such I am very happy.
Very unfortunate result from this company.. had a surface problem with our pool , contacted this company as they are professional equipped to handle these problems.. the contractor came chatted about not knowing what our issue was , didn’t even test the pool for further investigation! Left saying they would brainstorm! Received the account, to which I wondered why when nothing was done to rectify our issue.. I would have been happy to pay something towards petrol and time!
