Shane is a great communicator and very helpful with advice. He explained all the operating requirements, and I'm very satisfied with the installation of my new chlorinator pool light.
We used Poolwerx Butler for 2 years. It started out great, no issues, lovely guy always came around the same time and communicated well. Then our bill started to creep up and was always different each time on the higher end. We have a 1.9 x 3.8 spa. The biggest bill was approximately $190. I complained at this point because I felt it unfair to charge customers alot higher than base rate unless they have been pre informed and agreed to additional costs. We get our service monthly and generally it James who comes out. James is a absolute credit to the Poolwerx brand. We tend to ask alot of questions and worry about non issues but James always takes a genuine interest in our concerns his customer service skills are impressive he always ensures we are informed of any issues prior to commencement. James thank you once again for doing such a good job we look forward to next service
Had an issue with the water flow, Poolwerx came over within two hours and quickly fixed the issue. Excellent service, very prompt and as such I am very happy.
We are relatively new clients and we're lucky enough to have James from the first visit. James's attention to detail and genuine care stands out massively he takes the time to call once he's finished if I'm not home and explain any issues and he leaves my pool area and garden clean and tidy . Definitely recommend Poolwerx Butler and highly recommend asking for James
