We used Poolwerx Butler for 2 years. It started out great, no issues, lovely guy always came around the same time and communicated well. Then our bill started to creep up and was always different each time on the higher end. We have a 1.9 x 3.8 spa. The biggest bill was approximately $190. I complained at this point because I felt it unfair to charge customers alot higher than base rate unless they have been pre informed and agreed to additional costs. James was a great guy and very friendly and did a fantastic job to install my new cell and chlorinator. James explained how it all works and steps to take to keep the pool sparkling with help of Butler Poolworx. Very happy customer ,Thank you, I am looking forward to a hassle free pool.
We are relatively new clients and we're lucky enough to have James from the first visit. James's attention to detail and genuine care stands out massively he takes the time to call once he's finished if I'm not home and explain any issues and he leaves my pool area and garden clean and tidy .
