Very happy with our experience with Ben and the team from Poolwerx. Our recent experience with Neil was excellent and our pool was left looking amazing. We have experienced the highest level of customer service from this team - friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Neil left us with lots of tips to keep our pool looking great.
The guys are helpful, to water samples and free, and they're accommodating for emergency and scheduled call outs. I recommend getting a hand over if you're new. The guy I had out basically taught me everything I could ever need to know about my pool and equipment. Have a notebook handy!
We recently had the team from Poolwerx Calamvale out to clean our pool and install a new pump, and honestly, they were amazing from start to finish. They turned up on time, were super friendly, and really knew their stuff. What I appreciated most was how they took the time to explain everything in simple terms so we knew exactly what was going on. The pool has never looked better, and the new pump is running like a dream. We’re really glad we found them and will be getting them back for sure.

The team at Calamvale has been fantastic. After a disappointing experience with another pool cleaning service, we turned to Calamvale, and they’ve done an incredible job.
