Pools been green for over 2 months. Never had problems until Jeff was removed from my route. Then I had a few weeks of missed service, a pump problem from debris due to an improper service on a brand new motor I purchased 6 months ago, and nobody really seems too concerned about this. Worst service in every category. This location took over another locations service contracts. I had been a customer of poolwerx for YEARS and was happy with the service provided prior to the contracts being shifted to Carrollton. If I could give them a negative number I would. They rarely showed up, they did not clean properly when they did come. They GROSSLY over charge and state that you agreed to things. They double bill. BEWARE!!!!!! Requested a warranty repair 14 months ago only to be given the run around multiple times from the repair dept and store manager. I would not recommend buying anything of value here and expect service after the transaction. Repairs still not made and no communication from the store.
Alex and all the staff at Poolwerx Carrollton have been amazingly generous with their time helping me get my hot tub adjusted chemically. As a new hot tub owner I’ve had lots and lots of questions. They’ve been able to test my water and get me on track to safe and healthy water.
