Worst service in every category. This location took over another locations service contracts. I had been a customer of poolwerx for YEARS and was happy with the service provided prior to the contracts being shifted to Carrollton. If I could give them a negative number I would. They rarely showed up, they did not clean properly when they did come. They GROSSLY over charge and state that you agreed to things. They double bill. BEWARE!!!!!! Well, these guys are fantastic !!! I talked to the owners who also personally or hands-on because we were having so much trouble getting a reliable pool service. We had already been ripped off. They assured me we would be in good hands and they would take care of all our needs.! Absolute best customer service you could ask for… we were having an emergency problem with our pool and they were on it. They not only came out and took care of the problem. Alex and all the staff at Poolwerx Carrollton have been amazingly generous with their time helping me get my hot tub adjusted chemically. As a new hot tub owner I’ve had lots and lots of questions. They’ve been able to test my water and get me on track to safe and healthy water.
My first time at this Poolwerx store but won’t be my last! Kelsey (sp?) and Ricky were super friendly and helpful. Kelsey even carried the case of SH I bought out to my truck. Store is bright, well organized and had some nice music playing too. Great products, great atmosphere, great service - couldn’t ask for anything more!!!
Took Polaris 360 for backup vaule replacement. Picked up my Polaris it did not work. They put the part on backwards. When you call them they do not care." Pool Werx is probably great for purchase products but have problems in the servicing department. Notice the owners only answer good reviews?? Thank you for addressing my review. Additional work you suggested was not necessary for a Polaris 360. The cost for repairs suggested I could purchase a new Polaris. I only needed a backup vaule.
