My first time at this Poolwerx store but won’t be my last! Kelsey (sp?) and Ricky were super friendly and helpful. Kelsey even carried the case of SH I bought out to my truck. Store is bright, well organized and had some nice music playing too. Great products, great atmosphere, great service - couldn’t ask for anything more!!!
Highly recommend this store if you’re in the carrollton/ farmers branch area. Kelsey was very helpful and nice. As a new pool owner. She was able to answer all of my questions and educate me on few things. She even allowed me to bring my dog into the store, which is a major plus in my book.
Nearly 90 days after turning in a warranty issue I get no return calls and no progress on repairing my hot tub. This was repaired once before and now damaged again and Poolwerx doesn’t seem to mind not taking care of it and ignoring a customer. Recommend going someplace where customers matter.
Great service experience! Our spa circuit breaker kept tripping, so we called Poolwerx Carrolton. Saul Ortiz was our technician and he clearly explained his three-step process to accurately diagnose the issue. He quickly confirmed that our circulation pump had failed and proved to us why everything else was functioning. No concerns about padding the invoice with bogus issues that we all hear about.
