RecommendedThey built a solid pool. The crew was very friendly and professional. They do great work on prep and building. I strongly recommend this company.
Be aware that this is a very disreputable franchise location. I took my robot in to be repaired which was completed and poolwerx was paid. I then found out that they did not return my control box with the unit but instead replaced it with a lower capability model (not controllable by app) i returned to the store and politely pointed out the error at which point they asked me to contact the repair person they use for the service to investigate the issue. Darin, as we discussed, your cleaner was very unusual to us because where it was purchased. My team tried but failed to communicate what the challenges were. Our apologies for that. But by no means was my team trying to “steal” your property. We will continue to get your control box as we now have involved our rep who has sent the correct part. I’ll keep you posted when it arrives. They tell us it will be here this week.
The guy that works at the front desk (I guess he's the owner too?) has to be one of the most miserable people that I've ever encountered. I have officially decided to stop supporting this business and take my money elsewhere. Do not go here unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen that apparently did something to this guy. 0/10 for terrible customer service and for bad service in general.
