Buyer beware! I am extremely disappointed. I have been a long term customer for over five years. I requested a quote for a new chlorinator and was surprised at the cost so I visited another pool store in Noosa to quote exactly the same model. Poolwerx had overcharged me $1472. The exhorbitant mark up was questioned by me both verbally in store and via email. The owners, Conrad and Michelle have failed to contact me to explain. Absolutely terrible. We've been having monthly services for the past 8months, and our pool is just never clean. They charge so much and I can't figure what they're doing. Got a new pool person out and he said that there's literally no chemical in it at all. There's mould in it along with a bunch of other terrible things. We are house sitting and the plumbing on pool filter started to leak and unbelievable service with chasing up the parts and actually glueing new pipe work together while extremely busy during lead up to Christmas holidays. Excellent service from very knowledgeable staff every time I drop in for a water test. Good range of products to keep the pool looking its best too. Can highly recommend!
