Great service and attention to detail. I really appreciate the honest workmanship the team in Darwin gave us. Trying to work out a problem they tried one part, worked out it was something else and then reimburse me for the origin replacement part. So happy with that. Just knowing my pool is in good hands. The monthly service takes all the stress out of maintaining the pool so we can just enjoy it.

The pool is now crystal clear and actually swimmable again 😍 Super easy to deal with, no stress, just got in and got it done properly. You can tell they know exactly what they’re doing. These guys and girls know pools. I am a relatively new customer and could not be happier with the support I am getting. My pool is looking better than ever.
Paid $120 for an end of lease clean. It was supposed to be a vacuum , skim all the debris on top, back flush and clean around the pool area. All I got was a questionable vacuum and some pool salt. The technician had attitude problem when asked if that's it, couldn't even put the skimmer cover back on. I rang up to complain about the poor service and asked to send photos and the concerns I had. I haven't received any reply back, shows the lack of care for the customer concerns.
