Absolutely wonderful service! We were so impressed with the care and thoroughness of our technician and the report provided afterwards. We felt PoolWerx listened to our concerns and were able to honestly provide advice and support. Our pool has never looked so good! This was what our pool used to look like before Poolworks changed owners. We've had two green pools (A week after being serviced) and they snapped our filer handle, claiming this was "just old" (2021!). Poolworks cost us a lot of money as we were constantly having to fix their mess. They even claimed we'd run oil through our filter! They also left a white substance on the floor and asked what we'd put in the pool! No more! With a new company.

Excellent service from the Poolwerx team at Eaton. We needed a replacement filter and a green pool treatment and they were prompt, precise and efficient - from reception to poolside.
