Excellent service from the Poolwerx team at Eaton. We needed a replacement filter and a green pool treatment and they were prompt, precise and efficient - from reception to poolside.
After coming back to the power tripping when on holidays and discovering the dreaded green pool i called in with a pool sample to Kylie at Eaton. Kylie advised me the steps to take with the pool products to get pool sparkling again. 24/36 hours pool was a beautiful blue once again after leaving pool pump on overnight to clear slightly murky water which Kylie advised. This was what our pool used to look like before Poolworks changed owners. We've had two green pools (A week after being serviced) and they snapped our filer handle, claiming this was "just old" (2021!). Poolworks cost us a lot of money as we were constantly having to fix their mess. They even claimed we'd run oil through our filter! They also left a white substance on the floor and asked what we'd put in the pool! No more! With a new company.
As first time owners of a newly installed pool, we are so happy that we have engaged Poolwerx Eaton to look after the maintenance of it. Neil and Gary turned up on time, presented professionally and left us feeling confident that we had made the right decision. Mia is also extremely courteous at the first point of contact.
Definitely worth 10 stars, Mia and Shane at Poolwerx Eaton were absolutely amazing , we were so worried about our pool but Mia eased Our worry and organised to fix our pool so quickly and was so lovely to deal with , Shane came out and fixed the pool and balanced it for us . So efficient, friendly, professional and trustworthy . I Would definitely recommend them and will be using them all the time for all our pool needs . Thank you So much for today . 😊Tania Hall
