The service provided by Kylie was Top Class. I always felt that she understood my problem and then she set about providing me with the correct equipment at a very competitive price. She then personally made sure that everything worked as it should. As someone who has worked in business , I can say that Kylie's customer service is exceptional

Ayrton was such an amazing help today sorting out my above ground pool. Excellent customer service, punctual and funny made the experience perfect.
This was what our pool used to look like before Poolworks changed owners. We've had two green pools (A week after being serviced) and they snapped our filer handle, claiming this was "just old" (2021!). Poolworks cost us a lot of money as we were constantly having to fix their mess. They even claimed we'd run oil through our filter! They also left a white substance on the floor and asked what we'd put in the pool! No more! With a new company.
