We had a great experience dealing with the team at Poolwerx Eaton. From first point of contact to having our pool pump replaced, we received helpful advice, a range of financially friendly quotes and top notch service. Will happily use their services again in the future.
This was what our pool used to look like before Poolworks changed owners. We've had two green pools (A week after being serviced) and they snapped our filer handle, claiming this was "just old" (2021!). Poolworks cost us a lot of money as we were constantly having to fix their mess. They even claimed we'd run oil through our filter! They also left a white substance on the floor and asked what we'd put in the pool! No more! With a new company.
These guys replaced our filter and pool pump. We were extremely happy with the service, product and very easy to deal with.
