This was what our pool used to look like before Poolworks changed owners. We've had two green pools (A week after being serviced) and they snapped our filer handle, claiming this was "just old" (2021!). Poolworks cost us a lot of money as we were constantly having to fix their mess. They even claimed we'd run oil through our filter! They also left a white substance on the floor and asked what we'd put in the pool! No more! With a new company.
You have Lost my loyalty guys. You guys are great with pools, but i was disapointed today. After you tested my pool water (200 ml acid needed that i bought in bulk from you a 3 weeks ago) I was told that there was a $ charge now if I didn't buy anything. Or if I bought something then the testing pool water charge was wavered. You guys were our poolshop, VERY ,VERY disappointed. I can get a free test and chemicals at mitre 10 in Harvey, WA. Or elsewhere....
Thank you to Mia for your amazing help and patience . My husband was away for work and our pool needed some urgent help . I had no idea what to do and Mia was incredibly helpful and practical.
