RecommendedI'm a newbie as a pool owner. Last year went fine, this year had been a struggle. I Google everything to find solutions but couldn't clear my pool up. Went here with a water sample and within 15min, they figured out what was probably causing the cloudiness, hooked me up with a chemical to clear it up and strong pool shock. Liner failed months after being installed, no response from them until after the warranty ran out!!

Mr Pritchard as we have already discussed warranty is one year. Your pool liner was installed March of 2021.
they replaced my liner & busted a 900.00 dollar Heyward Color Logic Pool light that had been working fine for 3 years. They can't tell me what the did to it, but the owner, Randy refuses to accept any responsibility. Doesn't admit that it's his employees fault. They also show up unannounced at my house to do work. No call, no heads up. I am beyond disgusted with this company
