If I could, I’d give zero stars. I’ve been trying to get my pool serviced for the past 12 days, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The staff initially told me I’d receive a message once a technician was available — I never did. I had to call them myself to follow up, and only then was a service date finally given. On the day of the service, something unexpected came up, and I called to reschedule. They said it was fine and changed the time to between 3–4 pm. Unable to get served now on two occasions. First time he had the shop open and was told couldn't serve me as the computer down. I left. Came back to have my water tested. After waiting in line to get served he took the water and received a phone call and spoke for about 15 minutes whilst I waited. Walked out and told him to forget about test.
