Just a shout out for a young lad called Mitch for the excellent customer service he gave yesterday in the Forest Lake branch. He even rang me today to ask how I was going with the pool and if the advice he gave was working.This is why customers will always come back. Keep it up 😊
Blake was an absolute gentleman and helped me fix my black spot issue. He took his time with the previous customer as well and make sure they were completely happy before they left. It’s good to see old-fashioned customer service. I miss that about the old world. Black spot gone now I gotta decide whether I get a pool pump heater for winter.

If I could, I’d give zero stars. I’ve been trying to get my pool serviced for the past 12 days, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The staff initially told me I’d receive a message once a technician was available — I never did. I had to call them myself to follow up, and only then was a service date finally given. Unable to get served now on two occasions. First time he had the shop open and was told couldn't serve me as the computer down. I left. Came back to have my water tested. After waiting in line to get served he took the water and received a phone call and spoke for about 15 minutes whilst I waited. Walked out and told him to forget about test.
