16 months ago I received a quote from Poolwerx to replace my main pump and booster pump for $1800. Now because of ice and snow they quoted me $2100 just for the main pump. And they wouldn’t sell me a pump unless I let them put it in. Got the main pump on line for $600. I’m all about supporting local business but that was BS
Guy showed up and the just took a photo of my equipment - said he would send someone else out. I then received a bill for over $100. Ridiculous.
Scheduled a tile repair service and got a no show after a quote. Rescheduled and a guy shows up to LOOK at the area AGAIN. Then he says someone will be here to repair yesterday or today. Called yesterday and LISA in service would not pick up after the guy said she wasn't busy and transferred me. I left a message and no call back, then my husband called this morning and she lets the phone ring about 9 times before she picks up and says she has nothing to do with it and gave us a number to call. What FUBAR!
