Just want to thank the team at Poolwerx for their fantastic assistance in identifying and resolving an issue with our pool system. After purchasing our property, we struggled to maintain chlorine levels and couldn’t figure out why. During winter Aaron visits my pool once a month and does a wonderful job of keeping it sparkling clean. In summer he'll be cleaning it every fortnight
Terrible customer service at Hervey Bay Poolwerx. Staff member was rude and accusatory, making us feel unwelcomed. despite being a new customer. Unresolved issues and no response to complaints. Not recommended. 😆
Old mate behind the counter have a nice old chit chat with a customer about her family, learn to acknowledge the other singular customer in the store and maybe take a break from doing sweet FA while waiting for a test result to come back to ask the other customer what they need and see if you can resolve it nice and quick.
I was concerned i was being overcharged for services after reading other reviews about Poolworx huge monthly charges by others and had the water tested by another 2 pool businesses the days the pool was to be serviced and they both confirmed the pool already had too much salt and each month i was still charged for more and more added, i was told by Poolwerx that the other poolshops did not have as good equipment as theirs ….I have moved to another pool service and now dont pay $200 + for each service as i did with Poolworx. ... read more
