All the staff at the Gwelup store have been fantastic. I’ve been a regular here for a few years, getting my pool water tested and always receiving helpful, friendly advice. Recently, our pool pump stopped working, and Zahra was extremely helpful in guiding me through how to fix the problem—she even followed up with instructions via email. Needless to say, my pool pump is now working again, yay! This is by far the best pool shop to go to for friendly, reliable advice. Keep up the great work, team.
Highly Recommend Mike and his Team. Mike came out to our home and tested thoroughly the leaks around our pool structure. Mike was very professional, He knows his stuff. Ty was amazing with all the works he did to fix our pool from having no more leaks. We were very happy with the price as well. Invoiced for a call out to quote on some work on my pool. Paid the callout fee but still waiting on the quote from callout for the work they came to quote on. Crazy! Poor service.
I would like to say how helpful Jenny was we visited the pool shop many times with our questions, she was very professional, patient and polite. What a good asset for your team.
If I could give zero stars (to the SERVICE TEAM), I would. My experience replacing the chlorinator on my pool pump equipment has been nothing short of infuriating and deeply unprofessional. I booked them to install a new chlorinator, and not only did they install the equipment incorrectly, but their communication throughout the entire process was appalling.
