Terrible to deal with, rude and they have no idea, PoolworX Gympie charged me $90 to look at my not working E25 Sanitiser and told me nothing I already knew. They refused to budge on the payment. I brought it home and repaired it myself in 5 minutes by removing a dead Geko shorting the main board. They also quoted me $1600 to replace a unit I could buy on ebay for $650.They are rip off merchants are best avoided.
Poolwerx Gympie have turned our pool around from winter (no use) dark green, to crystal clear in a day, and had us safely Swimming the next. They’re mindful of the swimmers and chemicals added whilst getting the results in quick time. They don’t over bomb the pools, nor do they oversell. Instead helping us understand what to prioritise now and what will be better to look at down the track. So helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
Scam Artists -Constantly saying things need to be replaced and quoting inflated prices. -Would service the pool and it would end up worse than before hand. - pump was replaced but chlorinator not reset correctly, the pool went green (their fault) - told in store a technician would come out and we would not be charged, the technician then servicing the pool said we wouldn’t be charged for the chemicals used and not to worry. Dropped of a pool robot at Noosaville, get notified that it's fixed and ready to pick up from Gympie. Attend and attendant swore in front of my 11 year old when she initially couldn't find the unit and a couple more times after that. Noticed the robot had been treated poorly with scuff marks and nicks on the top of the robot. The controller also had scuff marks as well.
