A bit disappointed in the booking and communication. I emailed to book a service on my spa which had stopped going and was told I needed to wait 2 weeks for a service technician to come out so accepted that via return email with no response. Two weeks came and went and no tech arrived. No response after another email and after 2 attempts to call my local Hamilton stores I finally made contact with the Cambridge office. We recently bought a BWT pool cleaner, an upgrade from the Dolphin. It was very easy to setup using the app, and the cleaner has done an excellent job with less cables, making it a lot easier to use. David and Violet did an excellent job of explaining to us how it works.
A Very helpful crew and great people running the shop
Very helpful and freely give advice on the many things to learn with treating my pool water. It can be very difficult to understand not being a tech person, and expensive. but correct informative knowledge helps!
A slow start but once I had the pad made, the purchase was completed & delivery went without any dramas. Now enjoying a soak before bed most nights. Love the spa.
