Terry has been great! As a new customer, I’ve been really impressed with his knowledge of pool systems and valet requirements. He identified a leak in the pool and provided a clear plan for addressing it moving forward. He also located and fixed a leak in the pump system within half an hour of his first visit. Terry was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Excellent service and a great first impression. Highly recommend!

Poolwerx Hamilton & Cambridge Dave and the team at Poolwerx have been our absolute pool experts for the past 13 years. Awesome shop for pool advice and product. Violet is super, great knowledge and advice and sorted the problem I had with the pool straight away. Also gave me a few hints to keep things simpler, which is really appreciated for a new spa pool owner.Glad I found them, will be using them for water testing and product purchases from now on. Cheers. Darryl HAMILTON.
Poolwerx has transformed our swimming pool, we are sooo enjoying it now. Kav comes monthly to check the chemicals and ensures everything is in order, he is the friendliest guy, and is so knowledgeable. Nothing is too much bother for him. We really do appreciate him
