Terry and Kav came to our property to complete a handover. Their knowledge and ability to explain the pool to us in layman's terms was outstanding. Terry came and replaced my chloronator and showed me how to use my pump. I've had it for 4yrs but after my husband passed away I didn't take in the information in and for 3yrs have been using it wrong and Terry has shown me the right way to use it. Have had amazing helpful, friendly service from everyone at Poolwerx Hamilton. I would highly recommend.
