Great shop for everything you need for your swimming pool. I bought many products there including chemicals, roller, blanket and a automatic cleaner. I have always been happy with my purchase. Staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Easy access shop with a dedicated carpark. I recommend this place.
John could not have done more to help me! I now know how to set my pool filter timer, the clock and how to properly care for my pool. Using the test strips is easy but I was only guessing how much acid I needed to add!
If I could give zero stars I would!! On a wild goose chase hunting down a rental pool vacuum after we were told it’s available last week. Only to front up and was told it hasn’t been returned. Tried again today and it was just hand balling the issue between Hampstead/Tusmore/Kensington. Imagine as a customer you had to call 3 stores to find out what’s going on to give them your business!! I have now been going to Pool Care for about 2 years. I find their service to be second to none. They have great testing facilities and knowledgeable staff. I find with their level of expertise that I spend less money per year maintaining my pool than if I were to use a "big box" hardware store with (maybe) slightly lower chemical costs. Great staff, quality products and terrific service. 100% recommend.
This place is not good to work with, they don't communicate and when you follow up you have to start from scratch and they have inconsistent staff, speak to one person the following day you speak to another they have to go back and get the whole story from someone else so you are waiting forever. If you have all the time in the world like 3 months then you will be fine
