We changed to these guys about 6 months ago after having so much trouble with our other servicer.. pool has been sparkling since! Any maintenance issues they are straight onto it! Like today reported pump totally died again & it was fixed by the time I got home! Fantastic service! Callum often txts me back after hours & is great with customer service. A really pleasant experience from start to finish when our pool chlorinator needed replacing. From the first phone conversation with Jane to her arranging for Ian to come out and establish exactly what was required and then finally installing the new unit, nothing was ever too much trouble. Ian and his staff are a real can-do team and therefore highly recommended.
Ian came out to us in Yanchep and diagnosed our pool problem in no time at all. He was fast and very efficient. Thanks so much!
I love the team at Poolwerx Hillarys. We are relatively new to owning a pool and the staff give great advice as to how to keep our water sparkling. From chemicals to pumps they have been great with service , advice and prices. I look forward to my weekly chats with Andrea while she tests our pool water. :-)
Useless and unprofessional. Just phoned to inquire about a pool service. Woman who answered spoke before picking up the phone so had to confirm I had the right number as no business name stated. Advised I wanted to inquire about their servicing, she stated they were booked out until 9 Jan and ready to hang up. I asked if I could get details about it as I was merely inquiring, or could I not get any info until 9 Jan.
