Such wonderful help from Amanda and the other lady over the weekend. I was having troubles with my filter and some advice from Amanda was spot on and fixed the problem. Keep up the good work ladies.

i have utilised this poolwrex for quite some time to do a silver service on more then 1 occasion have they added extras in without consultation not only that they have also send me a silver service invoice for over $3300 the anxiety this shop has caused on me and my family is unbelievable they are unprofessional in every way imaginable i would strongly advise everyone to stay well clear of this poolwrex they do not take ownership of any of their actions whatsoever and are rude when you try and rectify there mistakes!
The team at Poolwerx have exceptional customer service especially Taylah and Amanda! Both with a cheeky sense of humour which brightens our day! These ladies are very knowledgeable and no questions go unanswered. Prices are reasonable, venue is very accessible with parking available in front.
Super helpful and a good range. Well worth a visit.
