Was once a good place but now very untrustworthy had a quote which outlined tasks agreed on quote paid half ,upon completion didn't remove old pool cover from site ,went and saw them said yes should have been removed, had phone call next day and said it was not on invoice so would have to pay another $100
Funny business tactics... instead of just emailing the receipt for chlorine drums( which they are able to do) they request the paper copy for a refund. When I purchased the drum, I wasn't informed, that I could also open an account for credits or that I won't get the deposit back without the paper receipt. They need to look at staff education and their due processes!
Allesandro and the Team are just amazing. Wouldnt use anyone else. Been using them for 2 years now and I am stoked with their servicing, prices and knowledge. 10/10
What fantastic service and care. Very knowledgeable- nothing is too much trouble - well I came in to get water tested today and the in store experience is just as outstanding. So helpful and experienced. And another visit and now I have updated my Salt Pool to a Dead Sea Mineral Pool for around $200 and it is so so good. Feels lovely. PH is managed better. All due to the knowledgeable experience at Poolwerx Kalamunda. Thank you again.
