What fantastic service and care. Very knowledgeable- nothing is too much trouble - well I came in to get water tested today and the in store experience is just as outstanding. So helpful and experienced. And another visit and now I have updated my Salt Pool to a Dead Sea Mineral Pool for around $200 and it is so so good. Feels lovely. PH is managed better. All due to the knowledgeable experience at Poolwerx Kalamunda. Thank you again.

Once again left dissappointed by the level of in store service of this business. Inconsistent information and contradicting advice every time we go to the store. I really want to support this business but feel like the only thing that is consistent is being left underwhelmed.
We had Chris from Poolwerx come by to clean our pool and it was a very unique experience. Not only was Chris very knowledgeable and skillful, Chris took time to educate us about how to maintain our pool. The information was very useful, I must say:) I had a few questions, and the business owner, Siobhone, was extremely patient & professional.
