Funny business tactics... instead of just emailing the receipt for chlorine drums( which they are able to do) they request the paper copy for a refund. When I purchased the drum, I wasn't informed, that I could also open an account for credits or that I won't get the deposit back without the paper receipt. They need to look at staff education and their due processes!
What fantastic service and care. Very knowledgeable- nothing is too much trouble - well I came in to get water tested today and the in store experience is just as outstanding. So helpful and experienced. And another visit and now I have updated my Salt Pool to a Dead Sea Mineral Pool for around $200 and it is so so good. Feels lovely. PH is managed better. All due to the knowledgeable experience at Poolwerx Kalamunda. Thank you again.

We had Chris from Poolwerx come by to clean our pool and it was a very unique experience. Not only was Chris very knowledgeable and skillful, Chris took time to educate us about how to maintain our pool.
