Impressed with these guys. I thought my chlorinator was finished, however Greg suggested I try one thing, which ultimately saved me from having to buy a new one unnecessarily. (Another store may have just tried to sell me the new chlorinator, don’t know!) I also recently had John over to check the equipment, he seemed very knowledgeable, was able to give detailed explanations as to why everything was the way it was, which gave me confidence in his advice
I have been using Poolwerx Killara for many years, Greg who recently became manager is by far the best I've dealt with. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the issues I've had with our pool.

Terrible. Only in it for themselves. They installed my filter 6 years ago. The filter burst and I managed (with no help from them) to make a warranty claim. I asked them to instal my new filter, as they fitted the original. They just said, "too busy" and gave me the run around. Never heard back from them!
Highly recommend these guys. We had an issue with our pool and weren’t happy with the quote we got elsewhere. The Poolwerx office (Greg) was genuinely helpful and efficient and the tech we had (Alex) was fantastic. Not only diagnosed and fixed the issue on site, but also reconfigured our kit while we was on site to give us a temporary solution to other concerns he found, and gave practical advice to help us work out the best longer term solution.
