The young man who was working here was friendly and exceptionally helpful. I don't usually go to this franchise but it was the only one open on a Sunday. I can't speak highly enough of the service and assistance I received.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Always has helpful adivce. Good range equipment available. Convenient for routine water testing.
I have waited nigh on 12 months to write this review. At this time these new (but experienced) guys took over. It all related to my fused pool pump..requiring but a simple statement (for insurance & replacement); so I could purchase a new one; like-for-like. Putting aside their assurances that all would be done... nothing ever happened. And each summer day my pool water was degrading. Expert knowledge & good old fashioned service. Darren & Ken have been doing pools for many, many years and are easy & straight forward to deal with. Repeat customer for 10 years.
Knowledgeable and caring staff, shop and mobile service crew are excellent.
