Always helpful , have set up Matt to come out fortnightly because of the fabulous job he does.
I have always had great customer service at Poolwerx Kingsley. The owner has always carried out my bags of salt to my car even when they are busy and is always willing to spend a bit of extra time explaining things when I need to make changes to the chemicals. Always friendly and helpful.
The customer service from Pat was so rude and unhelpful. I would give no stars if possible. I have bought chemicals from her shop before which I told her. I told her I hand chlorinate my pool and want to continue to do that rather than buy a chlorinator. She then abruptly cut me off and ended the conversation. It felt like she would not help me further if I wasnt wanting to spend loads of money on a chlorinator.

Hi I would just like to reply to this review, you rang me and said you were going on holiday and wanted my advice on how to keep you swimming pool good while away. I advised you to leave off the pool blanket, take out the auto cleaner (in case something got lodged and burn out your pump) I advised to top up the pool and have a friend or neighbour add chlorine and top up the water while you are away, as you manually dose the pool. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Refused to take 2 minutes out of their day to test our pool water before we let our children swim in it, even after us spending $200 the previous day in there on pool chemicals. The staff said they "hadn't sat down all day" at 11.20 in the MORNING in an empty shop. They are at work, they're supposed to be busy, deal with it. Disgusting service.
