I can't say enough. Prompt, courteous, informative, helpful ...... I can go on and on. Not only did they provide the services I needed, they went above and beyond. I am just going to say it ....... BEST IN CLASS! Kudos to the entire team. Super friendly guy greeted me and made me feel welcome. I'm was trying to purchase and item worth 11.90$ I had four 2 dollar bills and four 1 dollar bills. Apparently his manager said they aren't allowed to take 2 dollar bills. I pay with 2 dollar bills Everywhere, i have no money in my accounts or id pay card. I'm upset that I now have to drive an extra 4 miles to get what I need for my pool when I live in the neighborhood across from this store. Again the worker was awesome. I am a brand new pool owner and desperate to learn how to care for it. I has a pool 101 with another company which left me staring blankly at the wall. Frank drive an hour to my home for a pool 101 course and it was incredible! He spent 2.5 hours with me going over, in detail, everything - winterization (pull the plus) for emergencies, chemicals, how to make sure my Polaris was functioning, how to drain the spa to clean it is there's a lot of debris, how to set the filter speed and timers, how to protect the equipment from ... read more
