I was having my pool serviced by another local company and the care they took of my pool was declining rapidly. So, I fired them and decided to try to do more of it myself. I have waited for a while to write this review so that it would be a more tenured honest account of my experience. Through my research I luckily found Poolwerx. Adam was very helpful and set me up with everything I needed to get my pool in shape. I've had some issues with with algae and after I got on Blueray XL it has been a non issue. Not only that, but he told me about a special treatment they do that would make it even easier to deal with. I didn't even know they had a service team until he brought it up.
We have bern using them last year or so and I am extremely impressed - Anthony always answers his phone and even in the midst of the ice storm - owner coming out to Check on us as our motor is going out - hands down excellent customer service- would highly recommend
I love this store. Adam started helping me take over as pool boy for our family about a year ago and my pool looks better than ever. They also service pools, so if I decide to hang up the pole I know where to go.
