Poolwerx have been super helpful and been there to help and assist me with every request I have had.
Bella helped us today. Her service was exemplary and she took time with us and gave relevant advice and recommended the correct products to solve our pool issue. Great service as always !! Took my robot yesterday as it stopped working when I arrived at the stir I was greeted with a hand shake and a smile The guys tested it there and found the motor had blown luckily it was under warranty I was told it wouldn’t be able to be repaired till after Christmas but this morning I had a call and was told it was ready with a new motor I really wish to thank the staff for being amazing what great prompt service MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎅 ANDREW DOUGLAS
Just bought an inflatable spa and went in for some advice on looking after it. The guys here were so very helpful and even wrote down what i had to do. Highly recommend coming here. I will be buying anything i need for my spa from here. Would give more stars if i could!!!!
