I just bought my first house and it came with a pool. I actually called different people in my area and they all gave me the run around. GRADY was amazing. He booked me in right away. Kept to his appointment time slot. Professional and extremely helpful. I had no idea in what to do in regards to my pool and now I’m a pro. He answered all my questions and was really patient. I would 100% recommend him and not look anywhere else. Great work guys
What a great smooth and positive experience. When I went into the shop to have my water tested I was greeted by John and I then explained I was looking to purchase a robot cleaner. We discussed what my needs were and the best option. I purchased the Matronics AW5. John personally came to my home with the cleaner and installed and went through everything with me. I am over the moon with the service and price I was charged. Looking forward to to doing more business with Poolwerx Campbelltown.
Great service from Bella she’s so friendly and very knowledgeable every time I see her she always has a great smile on her face. Her customer service is excellent she’s always gives me great advice on maintaining my pool. I wouldn’t go anywhere else just because of her experience & customer service. I have recommended all my friends to come her to get their pool service.
Just bought an inflatable spa and went in for some advice on looking after it. The guys here were so very helpful and even wrote down what i had to do. Highly recommend coming here. I will be buying anything i need for my spa from here. Would give more stars if i could!!!!
Great service as always !! Took my robot yesterday as it stopped working when I arrived at the stir I was greeted with a hand shake and a smile The guys tested it there and found the motor had blown luckily it was under warranty I was told it wouldn’t be able to be repaired till after Christmas but this morning I had a call and was told it was ready with a new motor I really wish to thank the staff for being amazing what great prompt service MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎅 ANDREW DOUGLAS
