Service was good in the shop but 3 months to get a quote to get new filter, heater etc. Numerous phone calls, emails. When I actually got a response it was ‘we are working on it’ or ‘COB’ or tomorrow. Finally managed to speak to someone in the phone today. A junior who said she would look into.
