Honestly probably some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I wouldn't bother using this company for anything other than asking for the time and I would even check my watch to make sure they got it right. They installed a replacement pump today and yeah fair enough products fail but they know that the pump was not great as I was told that when they came to assess it but never told that at point of sale. Service was good in the shop but 3 months to get a quote to get new filter, heater etc. Numerous phone calls, emails. When I actually got a response it was ‘we are working on it’ or ‘COB’ or tomorrow. Finally managed to speak to someone in the phone today. A junior who said she would look into. She spoke to the manager who didn’t have the skill to call me back to say they had past the job onto another company yesterday. Sure you did! Poor communication, poor management, poor client outcome. I have found Josh and team to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any of my pools needs, requirements and repairs. Often having a solution to keeping my pool running clean and healthy.
What a professional business with excellent employees. Poolwerx did my post concrete pool clean and helped set the pool system back up. Jack was fantastic and I am very pleased my pool is in safe hands with Poolwerx.
I am so grateful for the kind, friendly and patient support I had from the warm and knowledgeable staff at Poolwerx Mandurah. Cindy was awesome in dealing with me, especially as I was stressed when I rang seeking help, and she provided a swift solution and really took care of this customer. Can’t rate highly enough.
