Then Very disappointed about the service, my skim basket got broken and they replaced with one doesn’t fit properly!!! Every time they come to service the pool it is never into place correctly, so more dirt coming into the filter pool so now the pump motor making a strange noise as so much leaves went through. I had to open the filter to let them know to clean the second filter next to the pump . We have always had great service and advice from Donna at Poolwerx Menai and travel from Caringbah to Menai, passing several other pool shops, because of her expertise and cheerful personality. Donna has always gone that extra mile to help us and we will continue to travel to Menai whilst she is there. Good customer service is hard to find.
The service by Donna and the team was first class. We were looking at one pool cover but when they looked at pool they suggested that a different style within the same range would be more appropriate. It was ordered promptly and installation was arranged with no fuss. I would highly recommend Poolwerx Menai for all your pool needs.
The technicians that service my pool are fantastic however the labour rates Poolwerx Menai charge for simple component changes is extremely over the top and has forced me to look for other, more budget friendly local operators.
I have been a Poolwerx customer for several years, and have tried all the local stores. While all the staff are friendly, Rod at Poolwerx Menai provides the best customer service and is the most knowledgeable staff member I’ve experienced. Thanks for the great service Rod.
