Great family owned local pool service and supply shop. Always welcoming in shop and provide excellent and professional advise if needed. Had an issue with my pool last week so I called them to get some diagnosing and they even dropped in the same day to help out. Thank you Matt and Mel for your excellent customer service everytime. Highly recommended to visit if you want great service and professional advise for any pool supplies and servicing.
Lachie has serviced our pool the last few times and we couldn't be happier. He takes his time, doesnt rush and does exactly what we pay for, his very thorough and our pool has never looked better. Highly recommend Lachie (and poolwerx) for your pool services and needs.
Poolwerx is a family owned and run business who genuinely care about their clients. They are reasonably priced, explain any issues that might need attention and respond even after hours when needed. I cannot recommend highly enough.
I have to say, the Poolwerx Mill Park team is just fantastic. They’re incredibly patient with all my questions (and trust me, I have a lot!), and they never seem to mind my two dogs barking from inside the house. Even though it annoys me!! Plus, as a total water baby, I’m always ready to dive straight into the sparkling pool they leave behind — it’s just irresistible. They’re friendly, trustworthy, and handle everything with a smile. It’s just a joy having them around.
I contacted Matt and Melinda after my pool build, after speaking to many different providers. They were incredible at fitting me in their schedule, and have always gone above and beyond. Stefan now maintains my pool and I cannot be any happier. He took a long time to ensure that I am familiar with the equipment (deck jets, spa jets, heating etc) and offered guidance with how to navigate around my multi-pump units.
