Overcharging like wounded bulls... Had a lovely tech come out, diagnosed my problem, said it wouldn't be more than $500 to get a new pump for my spa, calls me later that day saying it was going to be $1100 to swap out... I ended up finding a pump for under $400 and it took me 40 minutes to change it over on my own with no previous spa experience. If I could give this mob a zero rating thats what they deserve. The owner Russell was rude and obnoxious and had no interest looking after his customers, he was more invested in eating his KFC rather than answering our questions regarding our new pool. Stay away from these guys. Highly recommend Melbourne East Pool Services as they were fantastic.

Excellent service from Russell today. So busy but still went out of his way to help me!
I would give 0 if I could. Russel was rude disrespectful inconsiderate and made things 100 x worse for me and then proceeded to charge me for a call out and his time to flood my basemaent with corrosive salt water. Left without saying the job "was done" and left me on my hands and knees trying to stop the spread of water causing damage to my property. Apparently he is the owner.
