I had an excellent experience with Poolwerx Morphett Vale. My pool robot vacuum suddenly stopped working, and when I first took it in, it was going to be sent away for diagnosis, which could have taken several days before knowing whether it would be fixed or replaced. Rachelle and Jaeda were absolutely fantastic—both extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the product. Chelle was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful in maintaining my pool. She is very friendly, approachable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her advice was spot on and made a real difference to the condition of the pool. You can tell she genuinely cares and knows exactly what she’s doing. Highly recommend her to anyone needing pool maintenance or advice.

Awesome staff and service that goes above and beyond. I needed some chlorine for a new pool but I was not in a position to visit the store so they kindly dropped it off for me! Great team!

Huge thanks to the Morphett Vale team. I urgently needed to sort a green pool and the team provided everything I needed. They didn’t have any stock of the chlorine type I needed so not only did they source from another store but arranged to pick up and deliver to my house. Outstanding!

Raced to the store in my lunch break to grab chemicals as im a time poor person and the store was closed with back in 30 mins sign on it. Ended up going to another store if you shut down ur store for 30 mins you risk losing out of $400 worth of sales hope it was worth it
