Foolishly let my pool go over winter so got my water tested and a great set of written instructions from Poolwerx Morphett Vale. I already had most of the chemicals and purchased the rest of what I needed, no pushy selling which was great!! Got my water tested again today 2 weeks later and we are back on track to just having to do routine maintenance. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Saved my pool from disaster and will be ready for summer now. Well deserved 5 stars!

I utilise poolwerx for free pool water testing, purchasing of chemicals and general pool advice. On the above basis, I highly recommend this location of poolwerx. They are all extremely helpful, will take the time to diagnose issues with you and suggest fixes. I was really disappointed with the service from this store. I paid about $170 for a ‘handover’, during which I was told I’d be given an explanation of my system - exactly what I had, what I needed to update and when. For the price I paid… someone rocked up and told me all the system components he wanted to sell me - it was a sales visit… nothing was handed over. I get my pool water tested here every two weeks or so. Extremely friendly staff and a very comprehensive pool water analysis. Never any pressure to buy chemicals but I’d be happy to do so.
