They are all extremely helpful, will take the time to diagnose issues with you and suggest fixes. I was really disappointed with the service from this store. I paid about $170 for a ‘handover’, during which I was told I’d be given an explanation of my system - exactly what I had, what I needed to update and when. For the price I paid… someone rocked up and told me all the system components he wanted to sell me - it was a sales visit… nothing was handed over. I get my pool water tested here every two weeks or so. Extremely friendly staff and a very comprehensive pool water analysis. Never any pressure to buy chemicals but I’d be happy to do so.
For the 2nd month running I’m chasing poolwerx to do my monthly service. A specific request for first job on my day of service with lots of notice given and notes on their file to confirm that, but still nobody turns up. When I chased last time they had to reschedule as the guy ‘didn’t realise’. Give them benefit of the doubt but yet again, Chasing again today only to be told the ‘scheduler’ has changed the days and hasn’t bothered notifying me, with no reason given.
