2 wks ago I rang and booked in for a pool equipment check as filter was making loud noise. Was booked in for Tuesday 22nd Aug and was told person would call me before to advise what time. Tuesday came and I wanted to know what time so rang them at 11am and was told that the person wasn't coming out today and that it would have to be tomorrow.
