The lady who was working was rude and not helpful. She didn't want to help us with the water testing and when she begrudgingly did, complained that we had a large pool. She also kept making comments about how our pool is a fresh water pool. Such a shame as this would be our local pool shop

Adam and Rhonda have been very helpful over the years as they are my local pool shop. Since owning my pool, I have made a few big purchases from them, a chlorinator, robot etc and they have been helpful ensuring I purchased the right products. Lately I had my pool refurbished and they have assisted with the chemicals etc. Thanks Rhonda and Adam!
The attitude every time I've been in your shop is appalling. You're a pool shop, I would imagine in order for your business to keep running you would gently educate your customers on what information you require in order to assist them to become long term customers. I've had huffs and scoffs and rolled eyes the last three times I've been in your store. I've asked about your home pool service so I don't have to come to you and would be happy to pay whatever the cost is only to be told that I "wouldn't be happy with the price"... read more
