Pool guy came around to get rid of black spot. Put chemicals in and left it for 3 days. Came back vacuum the pool. I said to him there’s black stains around the bottom of the pool and the steps. They can’t be removed. He missed a lot of sludge at the bottom. Got an invoice for $350 extra. I rang another pool place they said they have a stain remover. I have paid around $500 for the pool to be sparkling it’s not.
I had Josh do some plumbing repairs and maintenance to my filtration system. He did a fantastic job, neat tidy pipework and fixed all the leaks. He was punctual and was extremely quick for the work he did. Deserves a bonus. Highly recommend him. Cheers Mike
very unprofessional customers service. If I had choice I give them zero star.☹️ They charge me 680 dollars to change the pool light and book me for 2weeks later. Then gave me a call and said we can not do that on specific day. You have to wait another week. Never go back again and recommend to any one. Very poor service. Money hunter. Don't care about customers just chasing money. 👎
