What a great place for pool experience and service. I have been to different places with different outcomes but the people at Brighton are amazing. Especially Dylan who always helps me with my troubles and listens to my ignorance of pool maintenance 🙄 nothing is to difficult.. If you ever need advice come here..
North Brighton Poolwerx have some of the best staff around. I had a leaking valve that no other pool shop would even look at, Dylan took the time to find the same valve order it from the manufacture and orderd both sizes of it incase I got the wrong. Valve arrived within 2 days, I did infact order the wrong size but when I called him to swop it he offered to install it for me too, free of charge. Jhye and Dylan come to my house after hours and installed the valve for me. Great service and coud not recommend these guys enough... read more
Popped into Poolwerx Brighton today and had such a good experience. I’m still pretty new to owning a pool and Kobi was super helpful, explaining everything in a way that actually made sense. His knowledge with pool chemicals was a big help and made it all feel much less overwhelming. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a pool.
Went through Poolwerx NorthBrighton for a new filter purchase and install. Dealing with Dylan was an absolute pleasure, very knowledgeable and experienced and also very kind and helpful. Install was also performed by Bryan and he was great! Made sure everything was working to standard and answered all my questions and more! Thanks Dylan and Bryan!
