Absolutely poor customer service Get quote on doing a job, seems reasonable until they hit you with double at completion, no correspondence during work to say you will pay extra. Made complaint regarding acid spill over coping that has stained, not 1 phone call to apologise or to look at it. They are tracked and only spend allocated time per job. Piss poor.
The great thing is they open on Sunday but they are not today, no answer on phone when you call whats the use of leaving a landline/ mobile. They posted a winter trading hours at the door that they wont open on Sunday yet its not winter yet!
I've had my pool serviced by Poolwerx for years now. Always an amazing job, friendly staff and reasonable price. Highly recommend.
I had Josh do some plumbing repairs and maintenance to my filtration system. He did a fantastic job, neat tidy pipework and fixed all the leaks. He was punctual and was extremely quick for the work he did. Deserves a bonus. Highly recommend him. Cheers Mike
