Pool Werx is awesome! We stopped by to ask some questions - they were super knowledgeable, had all the products we needed in the store, and they treated us like family. They are honest, trustworthy, and do business the right way.

Do NOT give Poolwerx your business or money. I signed a contract with this company in late May for biweekly hot tub maintenance at a property in Morgan. The contract explicitly states that a deep clean and fill were included as part of the service every three months. Their office manager, LeeAnn, relentlessly called me multiple times a day just to collect payment information—but after that, it was radio silence. Addison is awesome. I had to use my tape measure to verify the seal i needed for my pump. Her and another employee took the time to look up the correct part and i left my tape measure by mistake. A week later i went back and she remembered me and had my name on my tool. Honest people with good intentions. This is my new pool store.
