We were wanting some equipment upgrades/replacements ahead of next season. Poolwerx was excellent in understanding our objectives, walking through various options with us, and getting us a good quote. Then for the install Howard and team did a great job and made the equipment area look even better than before. Excited to keep working with them!
Poolwerx is a fantastic local resource for supplies. The store is clean and neat and the staff is friendly and attentive. Jennifer helped me with my purchase, she was enthusiastic and eager to answer my questions. I’m glad to have a reputable pool supplies/service business in Bountiful.

Mervyn is a miracle worker! Two weeks ago I walked away while filling my pool and the hose got sucked into the skimmer and wedged in the pipe. There was just no pulling this thing out. Plumber tried everything, which eventually broke the hose line leaving nozzle and about two feet of hose in the pipe. Finally called Poolwerx after getting a recommendation. Took him 3 hours, but Mervyn got it out. Super nice guy. Good service. Came when he said. Highly recommend.
