I was in need of a new pool vacuum and was not sure what route to take, either rebuild the suction vac I had or go with a robotic one. Vanessa was so helpful and explained the pros of the robotic vac and how it would save me money in the long run. I went with the robotic vacuum and I don't regret it over bit. The staff is amazing and the prices are competitive with Vegas stores without the travel. Highly recommend.
Beware of Vanessa she gives VERY bad advice for pool care. I have been a certified pool operator for 8 plus years and the advice I was given by her and her husband on my above ground pool was COMPLETELY out of the norm. It has caused damage to my beautiful new liner! I am in the upmost disappointment in the lack of knowledge and understanding of these two!!
I had the good fortune to visit Desert Pool Supply recently and meet the gang, more specifically Joel & Vanessa who are owners. They suggested I bring in a water sample to test and they would be able to help with providing me a computer generated report and what chemicals I would need to get my pool water back to where it needed to be. I did just that and the report explained exactly what I needed. I purchased the chemicals needed and within one week, my PH level and Chlorine was where it needed to be. Joel came to the house and walked us through our pool equipment for the house we bought a year ago. He was so patient and explained everything so thoroughly and gave me instructions for maintaining the pool equipment & chemicals. He also didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated! I recommend Desert Pool Supply highly!!
