Steph was professional handling my previous visit with curtousy and respect when i was distressed that the "emergency Brisbane" team had not got back to me for a week. She referred me on to her boss Clara, who sent out a technician, who helped me identify the leak. Steph this time gave the best explanation on how to tend the pool.
