After using this store and trying to find a company close to home that I can buy chemicals from, I was extremely disappointed with just about everything. The customer service was appalling - the guy couldn't wait to leave and for me to leave. He did not enjoy the fact that I asked questions and expected him to give me some knowledgeable answers! I only rung for advice and the guy gave me 15 minutes of his time and offered unbiased extremely helpful advice.
I cannot remember my technicians name but he was wonderful at assisting with my pool issues, spent more time with me than planned as it didn’t go as expected. Despite running late from a previous job he stayed until the work was complete and was upfront about further work that was required without charging me for the extra time that day. Lovely and professional technician

I came to Salisbury Poolwerx as I knew they would have all the items I would need for the spa that came with a house purchase. As a novice to spas Talisa was super knowledgeable and went well and truely beyond what I expected by answering many questions to ensure that I got my spa working at its best and the water at its best quality.
