I cannot remember my technicians name but he was wonderful at assisting with my pool issues, spent more time with me than planned as it didn’t go as expected. Despite running late from a previous job he stayed until the work was complete and was upfront about further work that was required without charging me for the extra time that day. Lovely and professional technician

I came to Salisbury Poolwerx as I knew they would have all the items I would need for the spa that came with a house purchase. As a novice to spas Talisa was super knowledgeable and went well and truely beyond what I expected by answering many questions to ensure that I got my spa working at its best and the water at its best quality. Some of the most shocking service offered by any company I've ever dealt with. Had an incident with them about a year ago, but eventually let that go, so I won't go into detail with that except to say that as a company, their attitude to the customer, is abysmal. Went in on the Thursday before Easter, no one else in the shop. I saw the proprietor sitting in the small alcove, made eye contact with him, he didn't get up so I assumed he was finishing off some paperwork, whatever. Waited, and waited some more. This store says it is open until 5pm but when i got there at 4.15pm the store was closed, i rang the next day the store said they are quiet lately and closes at 4pm but no mention on their website. When i asked about the spa test strips they told me the price is $28 when 2 months ago i paid $24...i rang Poolwerx at Ridgehaven they are open until 5pm and their price for the same product is $22 a massive difference...very poor service
