Update to my review. Darren came out today. Got my old system going. Real testiment to the old school service. I was in there today with a green pool, gave it a good chlorine today. Darren came over. Fixed my equalibrium that I thought was cooked, and I'll be back again tomorrow to buy more chems. Very appreciative of the service.

Highly recommend - kind, thorough, professional - excellent service. Darren and the team at Poolwerx provided me with excellent service and fixed a 'hard-to-fix' programming problem with my Aqualink system. Darren came multiple times, trouble-shooting the problem until he fixed it - he is a pool programming wizard! Other companies, including the manufacturer, had suggested I'd need to replace the mother board ($900 +) to fix the problem. Darren charged me for one visit although he came twice. I wondered why the previous owners of my house never got here pool tested here and today found out why. Went in to test water. No acknowledgment or hi when I walked in. Had to go up to counter and ask if they test water (even though I had a water bottle in my hand). Was told to wait as the lady was doing something for the owner. As they laughed and talked in the back room I walked out 10 min later. Perfect opportunity to pickup a new client but guess I'll continue driving to Mentone.
