Always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Before I found pool werx in Secret Harbour, I would walk out of other pool shops with a whole heap of stuff after having my water tested which cost me a small fortune every time. These guys sell me just what I need and are only too happy to help. Great service and would highly recommend.
Thanks to Tania’s guidance, my pool is always looking its best. It’s rare to find someone so consistently helpful and genuinely caring about their customers. I highly recommend this pool shop, and a special thank you to Tania for always going above and beyond!
Indy at secret harbour is fantastic and thorough. She gave me step by step instructions on how to change the times on my pool pump. Initially gave me instructions on how to change the time and realised after I left the shop and followed through with an email. Really appreciated her doing this Both ladies in that store are so helpful
Had an issue with my pool and took a water sample in to Tania at the Secret Harbour store. She was so helpful and gave me all the information needed to save me the cost of having someone come out and do it for me. So grateful to come across someone so helpful and to take the time to help sort my dilemma. Big thumbs up for Tania👍👍
