Always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Before I found pool werx in Secret Harbour, I would walk out of other pool shops with a whole heap of stuff after having my water tested which cost me a small fortune every time. These guys sell me just what I need and are only too happy to help. Great service and would highly recommend.
Indy at secret harbour is fantastic and thorough. She gave me step by step instructions on how to change the times on my pool pump. Initially gave me instructions on how to change the time and realised after I left the shop and followed through with an email. Really appreciated her doing this Both ladies in that store are so helpful
Tanya was absolutely amazing, offering fantastic custom service!! Not only did she give me all the advice I needed but also the contact details of the equipment supplier to put in my warranty claim. It was super easy and fuss free. Thank you again Tanya!
Thanks to Tania’s guidance, my pool is always looking its best. It’s rare to find someone so consistently helpful and genuinely caring about their customers. I highly recommend this pool shop, and a special thank you to Tania for always going above and beyond!
I had Tania help me with my new pool, great advice and very accomodating for someone new to pools and water testing . Patiently explained what was going on and provided solutions to assist in the easiest/ cheapest way possible- I Would recommend seeing them for help!
