Indy at secret harbour is fantastic and thorough. She gave me step by step instructions on how to change the times on my pool pump. Initially gave me instructions on how to change the time and realised after I left the shop and followed through with an email. Really appreciated her doing this Both ladies in that store are so helpful
Can't speak highly enough of these guys, from green to almost swimable in just a few hours. they know exactly what you need and how much, the staff are always helpful and friendly and go out of there way to help you, its a pleasure to shop there, really can't fault them.

Had an issue with my pool and took a water sample in to Tania at the Secret Harbour store. She was so helpful and gave me all the information needed to save me the cost of having someone come out and do it for me.
