Super happy with Poolwerx Springfield. Really friendly team, easy to deal with, and they did an awesome job with my pool. Everything was explained clearly and the service was hassle-free. Pool looks great and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Definitely recommend 👍
Ever since the new owners took over in 2025 my pool has been sparkling like it's brand new. No more overpowering chlorine smell, slimy edges or blocked filters. The technicians really know what they're doing. Also props to the retail staff, they are always so helpful when i'm in need of something, fast and friendly!
Couldn't recommend the Springfield Poolwerx team enough! With so many pool companies to choose from I'm glad I made the right choice. Owning a pool is overwhelming enough, but their expertise and AMAZING pool services make it so simple and easy. 10/10 recommend!
Poolwerx Springfield were great. Super easy to deal with, showed up when they said they would, and my pool looks awesome. No fuss, no stress, just solid service. Would 100% use them again.
Since the change in ownership, I’ve noticed a real lift in both service and overall experience. The staff are attentive and seem to genuinely know their stuff, which makes a difference. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get, and I’ve actually found a few things here cheaper than expected, especially compared to other local places.
