Not only have do I now have a sparkling clean pool thanks to Poolwerx but they were also able to help with recommendations on repairs to the pool house. Great service from Andrew yesterday. Small part bent in pool vacuum. He fixed it, put it back together while I waited (about 5 mins) and did it all for free! Great, friendly, helpful service is why we keep coming back. 😀
I can recommend the pool technician, Mitch, however, unfortunately the management have been charging my credit card without my consent which is a cause for concern. I had a pool service recently and asked to be given a call with the quote/fee prior to finalising the payment, I was promised this but it never happened. Later on I notice that I was charged for one service I was expecting and an additional "Gold Service" that was not agreed upon.
