Visited Poolwerx Stafford this week after the storms when my pool went a little green because the filtration system wasn’t working properly. I recently purchased a home with a pool that looked like it was beyond repair. Not only have do I now have a sparkling clean pool thanks to Poolwerx but they were also able to help with recommendations on repairs to the pool house. Everyone I have dealt with has been incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great service from Andrew yesterday. Small part bent in pool vacuum. He fixed it, put it back together while I waited (about 5 mins) and did it all for free! Great, friendly, helpful service is why we keep coming back. 😀
I can recommend the pool technician, Mitch, however, unfortunately the management have been charging my credit card without my consent which is a cause for concern. I had a pool service recently and asked to be given a call with the quote/fee prior to finalising the payment, I was promised this but it never happened. Later on I notice that I was charged for one service I was expecting and an additional "Gold Service" that was not agreed upon.
